Performance Summary:

Courteous, dependable Receptionist in performing a wide range of front desk, clerical and administrative tasks. Demonstrated talent in resolving customer complaints, handling high volume phone calls and answering customer queries. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of multi-tasking, problem-solving and prioritising work. Bilingual: English/Urdu.

Job responsibilities will be:

- Must welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, receives incoming phone calls while providing basic information needed

- Receive & sort daily mail/deliveries/courier

- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments

- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, copies, collating, email etc

Skills needed:

- Professional appearance

- Strong verbal communication both in English & Urdu, both written & verbal

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

- Ability to organise, multitasking, prioritise & work under pressure

- Customer focus

- Listening & Professionalism

- Microsoft skills

As long as you fulfil the above criteria - we are not really fuss about level of education, experience or degrees.
