Paysys Labs (Pvt) Ltd. is actively recruiting for the position of Admin Officer with the below skill sets:
- To direct & control the activities of Administration Department so as to achieve the company objectives with regards to “Excellence”.
- To ensure for appropriate working environment for all employees of the company.
- To monitor/supervise proper provisions of office furniture & fixture, and safety/security measures etc.
- To monitor and control the admin expenses within the budgetary provisions.
- To manage Stationery Requirements for all employees.
- To monitor and manage office mess/kitchen.
- To handle health insurance claims/issues and complete all necessary documentation.
- To look after all assets of the company and ensure that all assets are safe and in good conditions.
- To handle all complaints/issues regarding water, electricity and telephones.
- Responsible for janitorial services/cleanliness of the office and Health and Safety of the employees.
- Make travel arrangements (includes visa and ticket) and reservations, as well as correspondence with respective embassy.
- Liaison with authorities like DMC, KMC etc.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirement:
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Decision making skills
- Bachelor’s degree
