We are seeking a highly-skilled procurement manager with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the complexities in retail environments. Working closely with the IT, accounts and logistics teams, This role involves leading a small team to analyze data, forecast and optimize the supply chain process to ensure that sales are maximized and loss is minimized. To be considered you will have:
· Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in Retail Environment.
· Forecast demand, evaluate inventory levels and have experience with high volume promotional activity.
· Manage and conduct professional business relationships with suppliers to promote and increase image of our brand.
· Dedication and commitment to business improvement.
· Sound judgment in making recommendations.
· Leadership skills to drive team performance in achieving shared goals.
· Strong communication skills, verbal and non-verbal including reporting.
· Advanced Excel and database management skills.
