Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely rollout of websites, eShots and Online solutions.
- Distribute tasks within the team and ensure on-time delivery
- Source and distribute all digital project-related assets (graphics/documentation/source files etc.) from/to internal departments and external vendors, making sure these are archived and named correctly.
- Communicate directly with the client throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Ensure quality
- Employ project management tool and ensure its updated
- Create monthly account overview reports
- Establish and maintain team's balance, work culture and morale.
- Assist higher management in financial reports for the undertaken account.
Essentials:
- Ability to communicate, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of digital production, especially web.
- Working knowledge of Software life cycle and Agile process.
- A focus on service delivery and on product and process improvements.
- Emphasis on planning, documenting and delivery of projects.
- High level of organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage relationships professionally and effectively.
- Must be fluent in English.
