We are looking for a Team Lead, who can manage our Online Customer Services Team. The ideal candidate must have ability to manage and lead the team. The candidate must have good communication skills. The candidate must have experience to deal with international clients. Person having experience of dealing UK clients will have advantage. It is 24/7 operation and we will consider candidates who can commit to lead this operation.

Core responsibilities

  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Performance management, setting targets for team and aiding them to achieve those targets.
  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Employee roster management 
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with clients, answering their enquiries, and effectively handling complaints

·        Additional tasks assigned by the person in-­‐charge
