- Perform research and development activities for new product development and product improvements.
- Develops new and improved methods and systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging, and distribution.
- Research methods and apply them to improve food quality like flavor, appearance texture, aroma, nutritional value, convenience and other related attributes to maximize the customer’s experience.
- Tests new and existing products in test kitchen using multiple test methods for a wide variety of purposes and objectives.
- Assist in conducting production tests and can follow direction with no problems for commercializing products.
- Creates new and improved product samples for both testing internally and providing prototypes for potential clients.
- Consults and intelligently discusses with experts and specialists in all fields like ingredients, packaging, food process, machinery, sales & Marketing, and other related areas.
- Meet with vendors to acquire and discuss new product ingredients and packaging.
