1. To analyze planning at Candy Floor with respect to efficiencies and breakdowns.
2. To verify and validate the machines speed at floor level.
3. To prepare/check reports, flow diagrams and charts at Candy Department.
4. To ensure that the process works at optimum level rate and quality of output to meet supply needs.
5. To optimize the production at candy floor by working and analyzing efficiencies.
6. To verify wastages and consumption of material, rectification of variances in coordination with team.
7. To discuss all production core issues with Department Head before taking any decision.
