- To control the assigned product recipe and maintain the required privacy and confidentiality.
- To plan, develop and implement the system that ensures nonstop production keeping in view local and export orders as well as labor management issues pertaining to the production planning.
- To maintain separate records for local and export orders and keep track of each order in order to have close vigilance over status as completed, under production, pending.
- To manage daily production logs to ensure proper tracking over production routine and forward it to Department Head for variance analysis between target and achievement of production units and forward a copy to Liaison Officer for Directors review purpose.
- To control wastage and scrap generation and try to utilize the scrap on priority basis.
- To prepare and provide raw material requirement sheet to Material Management with respect to given order.
- To ensure that RH/Temp must be checked before the production starts.
- To inform or discuss all production core issues and problems with Department Head before taking any measures/decision including breakdowns and machine maintenance issues.
- To carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade and purpose of the job and the objectives of the company including the performance of duties outside normal working hours and in emergence situation where necessary.
