• Reports directly to and communicates with FOM on all pertinent matters affecting guest satisfaction.
  • Provides functional assistance and direction to guest relation personnel.
  • Interact with guests as well as individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to travel industrial representative, competitors and other members of the local community.
  • Cooperates, Coordinates and Communicates with other hotel departments as required.
  • Monitors guest relations personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
  • Monitor guest relations personnel to ensure SCC member, repeat guests and other VIP receives special recognition and service.
  •  Informs other operating departments, notable housekeeping F&B on matters which concern them.
  •  Escorts VIP guests to their room.
  • Attend telephone calls promptly, politely and courteously following the telephone handling manners given by the hotel rules. Courteously providing all necessary information.
  • Check on personal hygienic, grooming and body language of operating staff.
  •  Establishes and maintains efficient repeat guest history system.
  •  Promotes inter hotel sales and in house facilities.
  •  Check VIP rooms for amenities.
  •  Performs such functions as to include but not limited to.
  •  Regular guest welcome letters.
  •  Invitations to regular guest and long staying guests/ parties
  •  Attending to special requests by guests.
  •  Developing and implementing guest telephone contact.
  •  Informs senior management of special guest related problems.
  •  Handles guest complaints and refers them as necessary, follows up on corrective action.
  •  Comply, analyze and control guest relations cost.
  •  Schedule and attend VIP guest cocktail parties.
  •  Review VIP list to check room’s allocation, amenities and special requests.
  •  Review various reports generated on a timely basis.
  •  Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
  •  Is responsible for developing training and disciplining subordinate staff.
