A UK based IT company is looking for a couple of team leads for their Pakistan office. The details for the required candidates are as follows:
The candidate should have a sound knowledge of IT concepts, development languages(PHP, MySQL, Javascript ) and experience of managing teams of medium to large scale projects, should have a detailed knowledge of Agile methodologies and scrum based project implementation methods.
Furthermore, a person with strong communication skills to handle international clients and their projects along with following skill sets:
- Sound knowledge of SDLC(Agile, Scrum)
- Experience to work under pressure and delivering challenging task within timelines.
- Hands on experience Databases (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server)
- Strong Communication SkillA person who take ownership from scratch till end.
- Preferred experience of working on E-Commerce platform.
- Required experience: 6 years plus.
