-Specialized in Pakistani Cuisine
Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions
-Order or requisition food and other supplies needed to ensure efficient activities
-Arrange for equipment repairs & services
-Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
-Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
-Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff
-Make fumigation exercise in practice on monthly bases or as per need, in the kitchen
-Meet with customers to discuss menus for special events
Skills Required: Proficient in designing menus and schedules, pricing of menu items, matching of spices, multi tasking, must be able to keep record of his responsibilities & liabilities as well as purchased food items,We are a cultural center where festivals like Puppet, youth basant etc are held. We also offer a Puppet museum and a restaurant.
