- Review and ensure the implementation of all Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) procedures
- Responsible for ensuring the safety of offices working environment
- Review and approve Penna Overseas Corp. annual EOHS plan
- Ensure that the offices are in full compliance with the latest EOHS laws and regulations and ensure its implementation
- Review regulations and information on environmental and occupational health and safety issues and continually be abreast of industry trends
- Plan the development and provision of Health and Safety trainings to increase the environmental awareness of Penna Overseas Corporation employees
- Constantly observe the work environment, identify probable risks and ensure prevention of accidents
- Review accident reports; analyse all causes and effects and take the required preventive action
- Responsible for Health and safety Committee
- Assure all fire fighting systems are fully maintained and ready for any emergency
- Assure all first aid kits are distributed sufficiently, checked and refilled systematically
- Assure Risk Asessment Process for every department.
