Assistant Manager Finance / Compliance

A non for profit organization engaged in support of vulnerable communities through its programmes for Orphan kind, Thirst Relief, Emergency Response, Healthcare and Feed Our World in various areas all over the country. Organization requires services of “Assistant Manager Finance and Compliance”, duties of that position could be as under but not limited to these:

1- To supervise accounts officers in booking of transactions properly project wise in appropriate account head in electronic financial software

2- To review all vouchers to mitigate all requirements of internal/external audit, compliance of procedures and policies and donor requirements.

3- Review all financial documents to identify compliance deficiencies and then to resolve those

4- Ensure timely processing of due payments of vendors, utility bills and building rents.

5- To ensure timely payments to FBR for withholding tax

6- To ensure monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts payables, advances and pre payments.

7- To review all financial documents to ensure compliance in respect of audit and statutory requirements.

8- To get ready all financial data and record for audit before commencement of the audit.

9- To assist finance manager in financial reporting required by management, donors and government authorities

10- To advice procurement department for fulfillment of financial/ compliance requirements

11- To coordinate with internal and external auditors for provision of required documents

12- Any other duty assigned by Manger Finance.
