A non for profit organization engaged in support of vulnerable communities through its programmes for Orphan kind, Thirst Relief, Emergency Response, Healthcare and Feed Our World in various areas all over the country. Organization requires services of “Driver”, duties of that position could be as under but not limited to these:1. Follow the traffic signals/rules & regulations;2. Drive the vehicle carefully on the designated routes (including field trips and field area) in accordance with the schedule assigned by supervisor;3. Unauthorized persons are not allowed to board the vehicle;4. While driving, make sure safety belts of both front seats persons are properly fastened;5. Follow the admin rules and regulations and keeping records including vehicle logs, vehicle safety and maintenance; 6. Assist staff with timely schedule, route and direction information;7. Executes duties as per instructions of the supervisor;8. Cleans the interior and exterior of the vehicle(s) regularly checks oil, water, brakes and brake liquid, tyre pressure, battery levels and the entire vehicle, monthly or every 3,000 km (whichever is first), headlights, brakes, bodywork for dents etc. and notify the supervisor in case of vehicle maintenance;9. Made payment through fueling card of petrol and oil change and submit computerized bill receipt in the office;10. Assists other colleagues as needed in the project, programme or office if there is no travel pending, carries out other office work on request;11. Uses all available information (including current radio news on traffic conditions) to update daily knowledge of road conditions, current passable routes and locations, and shares this information with other office drivers;12. Immediately reports all involvement of the project or office vehicle in accidents, including minor accidents, damage, loss or theft of vehicle fittings; 13. Provides passenger transport in an official vehicle for office, project or programme staff, official visitors and guests;14. Runs errands for the projects, programme or office, e.g. sending letters and messages, paying bills and buying smaller quantities of office supplies; 15. Safely and responsibly performing all official travel using official vehicle(s);16. Any other task as and when assigned by the supervisor.
