Call Center Agent Required for a US-based Tele-Sales campaign.
Base Salary for Full Time Staff will range between 20,000 to 45,000 depending on previous experience and skills. Industry high commissions will be paid, the above-average Agent is expected to take home 150,000 per month.- Transport will be provided to female candidates.
- Employees that display excellent performance will qualify for health plans and meals.
- Training will be provided, the nature of work will include both inbound and outbound calls.
- Full-time shifts are 7 pm to 4 am and 9 pm to 6 am, including breaks.
- Part-time Shifts are from 7 pm to 1 am.
- Saturdays are off for agents who complete their weekly targets.
- No minimum educational or experience requirements.
- Previous international campaign experience will be preferred.
- Fluent English, Enthusiasm, and Confidence are compulsory.
