Provide support and subject matter expertise on resiliency for Pentamark and its subsidiaries, frequently interfacing with business area representatives and other risk areas to identify and mitigate resiliency risks across the enterprise. Independently manage the business continuity lifecycle (governance, planning, testing, education, metrics & reporting) for a portfolio of areas across product lines, support units and facilities. Serve as a primary or backup site analyst performing related crisis management planning, testing and activation duties. Develop, analyze, and report on key BCM and operational metrics based on key performance indicators, benchmarked industry standards and targets to support BCM and corporate initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of operational Resilience Plans.
- Serve as a lead for key initiatives within the Portfolio and Planning team to leverage large sets of data to develop, analyze and report on resiliency risk, based on key performance indicators, key risk indicators and benchmarked industry standards and targets.
- Support the collaboration with other risk areas on effective identification and reporting of organizational risk to operationalize and align improvements and long-term vision.
- Help to identify areas where automation solutions can support increased efficiency and drive improvements in performance.
- Assist in defining, monitoring, and reporting on metrics relating to the adherence and execution of Pentamark's Global Business Continuity Management Policy.
- Support participation in regulatory and internal audit requests and exams, identifying and communicating effective responses and necessary documentation.
- Stay abreast of new technology, business, industry, and operational developments and support the application of newly acquired knowledge to the department’s capabilities.
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
- Serve as crisis response team member, supporting an effective enterprise-wide crisis response.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business continuity, or risk related field required.
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge or awareness of critical Pentamark's corporate businesses, especially business operations preferred.
