I’m currently employed with Marie Stopes Society, a leading RH/ FP services provider based in Pakistan and is connected with Marie Stopes International, and I have extensive experience in the project management. In my present role as District Project Executive, I enjoy the responsibility of helping, to lead a small development team of 39 employees and in executing the project from initiation.
I believe that my strong background in Project Management, combined with my extensive experience in planning, executing, implementing, monitoring, and closure of project, makes me ideally suited to this role.
I am highly organized and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in high-pressure environments. A solid team player, I work with tight deadlines and have plenty of initiatives.
I have an MBA- HRM as well as the experience of Project Management; I have effectively used these methodologies in my current role for project processes, methods, knowledge and skills to achieve the project objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Submit timely plans and guidelines of setting up outreach camps in 7 districts.
Understand the concept of setting up outreach camps, facilitating the team, arranging the camps, following camp protocols and mapping camp sites
Maintain documents relating to the camps (trip reports, work plan, Action Plans)
Provide technical support in setting up camps
Sends report to the CL-SF with updates on the camps
Update the Manager Outreach on camp related activities
Co-ordinate with the Manager Outreach with the camp budget
Instruct the DMO to manage the camp related activities (pre and post preparations)
Ensure the advance adjustments and submission of camp expenses
Monitor and validates what SCS, FCM does
Ensure door to door mobilization and numbering of houses
Recognize the need of women who are not confident enough to come to camps on their own
Motivate team to increase the number of houses visited/ potential families converted to clients to meet projections
Report to the Manager Outreach the happenings of the outreach camp
Co-ordinate with the Manager Outreach in case of any unforeseen events
Liaison with health and population department, government entities, regulation authorities
Supervise the DMOs in the setting up of camps
Motivate the SCS/ FCM to increase the number of clients/ visitors in the outreach camps
Co-ordinate with the QA team to ensure guidelines being followed
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning, implementing, controlling and monitoring, the operations of project, according to standard business format.
Supervising and developing teamwork among the staff through exemplary leadership, guidance and control and ensuring personal development of team members.
Updating the management on project activities and performance.
Identifying Project’s issues and researching their solutions accordingly.
Contributing to RH Project, its implementation, monitoring & evaluation
Goal setting and reviewing short term and long-term projections along with team.
Reviewing projects’ performance and preparing strategies to achieve project objectives and sustainability of the project.
Assisting, participating and contributing in initiation and execution of all the project processes.
Developing marketing plans, suggesting improvement and monitoring its implementation.
Implementing annual training plan.
Taking regular feedback from the clients as per standard procedure.
Arranging and facilitating the visits of donors, partner organizations, and the higher management of the organization.
Responsible to prepare payroll of District Staff and send to Support Office.
Ensuring that monthly reports and other required data is accurate and timely prepared and submitted to the regional office/support office in accordance with given guidelines and requirements.
Documenting, preparing and arranging logistics for annual activities, mid-term reviews and end of the project reviews by donors and their representatives.
Ensuring effective liaison with the government and other Stakeholders with respect to RH and Facilitate relevant activities.
Monitoring the project activities through regular personal visits to the FWMs/SCS in the field.
Facilitating the internal and external auditors and ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

4. Formation of Male Health support Groups
5. Supervision of Supports Groups (volunteers)
6. To develop awareness among the people on MNH Issues
7. Conduct the awareness session with teacher learner, , Blood Grouping & Screening, Medical Camp, Poster Competition, Speech Competition, Seminars on National & International Day.
8. Prepare assessment plan and implement project Activities As per project plan.
9. Monitoring and assessment of Adults.
10. Liaison with Line departments.
11. Prepare the daily diary, weekly, monthly, quarterly also BBCM reports.
