Mr. Mansoor Ali Rind did his education in regular in sociology from University of Sindh Jamshoro and done Bachelor in Education in Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad and Diploma in Computer science and business Management from SZABIST. Mr. Rind started his career in small grassroots level position from NCHD as a Markaz coordinator in universal primary education program latter his continues career in education as Early childhood education and play base learning methodology to using sport and play method to teach childrens and teachers regarding life skills development to using development domain such as cognitive development of child. Mr Rind worked in International organization in senior level position to implement integrated project of women empowerment through DRR resilience Education and Health/ well being project with community members and schools childrens. Mr. Mansoor has expertise to Training delivery in community members, Teachers, students and schools director/Principal in various themes such as effective academic leaders, play base learning methodology, social mobilization and Community base disaster Risk reduction.
Mr. Rind run many pilot research base project of Access of quality education through using pedagogy skills training. Currently Mr. Mansoor engage as a District Manager at Tando Allahyar District to implement TVST project funded by European union with Collaboration of NRSP.
