Dr. Frigz International is one of the largest OEM of medical devices in Pakistan. The company has two international joint ventures (in germany and japan) and a strong network of distributors and importers around the world.
Dr. Frigz offers general surgery instruments, dental, tungsten carbide, electrosurgical, diamond dusted and laparoscopic instruments. Altogether, more than 10,000 products are offered through the company's various catalogues. Many of these products are also offered as sterile packed.
The company believes in the fact that its instruments help save thousands of lives each year. The objective of this assignment was to ensure the compliance of existing purchase system & documents maintained by purchase, planning & control department in the company with the standard company’s purchase processes & documentation. My tasks included to investigate the purchase processes of the company and to report any loopholes in the existing system and non-compliance of the purchase processes & documents maintained by the company.
