Work on employee’s personal file keeping in mind confidentiality, follow ups on the missing document of new
hires as and when require.
To provide support in filing of backlog documents into respective files.
Support in preparation of files for new hires: tagging them & placing them in proper order in the cabinets.
Work on staff ID Cards, monitor expiry of cards, issuance of new and collection & trashing of old cards from the
Screen resumes and advertise jobs.
Assist with completing reference checks, ATC and draft offer of employments.
Provide support in copying, scanning and faxing of documents as and when required.
Assist in scheduling interviews, place calls to candidates and arrange for conference and refreshments.
Keeping record of documents being dispatched to County Office and other field offices.
Ensure entire confidentiality of staff records and any information.
Prepare Memo and Agenda of meeting.
Participate in professional training and development activities.
Any other task assigned by the HR Staff.
