I am a development professional with diversified experience, and vigorous conceptual & analytical skills in designing, research and development of projects with fixate on Assessing, Planning and Designing, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Quality & Accountability. In integration, 12 years long association with development sector provided me ample opportunities to understand the dynamics of human development and issues hampering its efficacious development with hands on experience in the Oxfam GB, Plan International, CARE, Swiss Development Agency (SDC), Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH), Islamic Relief, WWF, PFF, Oxfam Novib, CABI, and VSO International funded Projects.

I have also provided various kinds of research, evaluation, logistical and outreach services to development sector’s clients over the past several years all across Pakistan. Further, I have rich expertise in concept note development, grant writing, baseline/KAP surveys, evaluation, quality research, data analysis and technical report writing.

My professional careers which inter alia programme development and research toil have the requisite acumen and experience apart from being qualified. I have the distinction of possessing demonstrated track record of assessing, designing and implementing both national and international projects successfully. Keeping in view my immense previous experience with fixate on programme development, monitoring and evaluation, organizational development and policy needs formulation in compliance with both organizational and donor requirements are the key factors which make me most eligible to undertake responsible and challenging position.
