• Conducting User Acceptance Testing and Resolution of observations by playing role as Middle Man between Customer and Development Team.
• Designing Flows, new Features and Assisting Database Administrators in designing Structure of Applications.
• Designing Reports and KPIs.
• Developing and Updating User Manuals.
• End to end Implementation and Training of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, Production Life Cycle, CRM, Asset Management, Budgeting, Transport & Logistics, Machine Maintenance, Visitors & Administration Management, PLC and Project Management ERP over wide range of industries
• Conducting meetings with Bottom to Top Management for presentations and review meetings
• Change Impact Analysis.
• Preparation of Final reports for Client and Generix Solutions Management.
• Implementation and Training of Financials, Supply Chain and Production Management applications according to the Business Requirements of Customers.
• After Sales Support to Customers including;
o Assisting Customers in workflow improvement of all departments.
o Identification and Resolution of problems related to applications via Ticket Management System.
o Collaboration with Development Teams to design new features in applications.
o Sharing Updates in applications with Customers having SLA on time to time basis.
o Assisting in Closing the Financial Year.
o Preparation of Final Reports for both Generix Solutions and Customers.
