Responsibilities:
• Managing payroll, compensation and benefit process of 100+ employees.
• Handling employee separation process i.e. resignation, termination, absorption, clearance and settlement process of outsource and permanent resources.
• Drafting, redesigning and enhancing all letters and forms including assessment form, appointment letter, employment Form, reference letter, nomination form, police verification form, performance review letter, resignation letter, warning letter, show cause letter, termination letter, clearance letter and experience letter.
