I am currently working for UNICEF Peshawar, Pakistan as Information Management Officer. My over all experience in development sector is about 16 years at different positions and in multiple provinces/states. Being employee of UNICEF, Private sector and formerly in Government, I worked mainly in program implementation and monitoring ranging from field level coordination to country level coordination in multi national environment. By directly working with Representative UNICEF, I designed partnership tools and oriented all Pakistan staff being partnership focal point.
I did 'Masters in Project Management' and 'Masters in Computer Sciences'. I am a team builder with humble tone and can also deliver independently on a given objective.

• Under Monitoring and Evaluation for more than 240 health facilities, 12 implementing partners and from 28 data sites, analyzed key performance indicators by introducing Nutrition Information Management System (WWW.NMIS.Pk). This site now contains complete set of data since beginning of 2017.
• Served as focal point for Nutrition cluster by arranging cluster meetings, disseminating action points and assuring actions with specific focus in FATA by sensitizing government secretariat. Initiate and collect reports to maintain emergency response on behalf of cluster lead. Did partners mapping and assured needs are equally met for the selected regions. Conducted surveys ans assessments to gauge displaced people's nutritional condition.
• For capacity building of partners, provided training to program coordinators and information managers on monitoring through latest tools. Address information management gaps between field activities and central policies. Keep track of grants and share alerts on right utilization before expiry.
• Kept informed government, country office and all major stake holders about latest situation by creating dashboard alerts, reports and briefs based on updated data to alert key stake holders for actions. Guided field staff through field monitoring visits and filled gaps to implement updated policies.
Prepared donor reports and situation reports.

•Received financial transactions, supplies and contracts to be signed by senior management, assured accuracy and timely coordination with field offices. Keep track of grants assigned to programs and field offices and share status of spending with key alerts on timely aligned utilization.
