My current objective is to specialize in Hr and want to utilize my skills along with the career and personal development.
1. Checking the Background status of the U.S applicants during the Pre-screening prcess and then proceeding their profiles to their hiring managers in order to hire them.
2. Sending the ADP registration codes to the newly hired applicants right after their selection and on-boarding.
3. Geo-fencing the hired applicants i.e (Solution specialists) to their assigned Territory managers by allocating them the specified addresses which are under their TMs.
