Financial Management and Reporting
Monitoring monthly financials closing process

region wise branch- wise /product wise profitability analysis
Portfolio analysis (periodic, region-wise / branch-wise and product wise)
Supervise a team of regional, area and branch accountants across Pakistan and Head Office.

Ensures that all statutory reports and returns are delivered in a timely and accurate manner to SECP
Ensure Compliance by developing checklists and tracking all requirements of law.
Analysis of portfolio at risk (PAR ) and verifying reasons to measure deteriorating trends.
Conduct Audit work based on established Audit plans and in accordance with established audit standards
Ensuring completion within prescribed budget, time and scope parameters.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations to improve the organization and all Region’s accounting and management practices.
Undertake comprehensive planning and risk assessments relating to each assignment to ensure that the engagement identifies potential business risks.
Planning, assigning and supervising the daily activity and work of audit team members by developing the procedures, schedules, priorities and programs for achieving audit objectives and goals.
Participate in communicating the results of audit to Chief Internal Auditor of “NRSP” by summarizing audit findings and drafting audit reports.
Make efficiency by developing recommendations for corrective action. Assist with “report follow up” of management actions items resulting from completed audits.

Assist in preparation of audit working papers for audit committee meetings to be conducted
