We are looking for a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of load boards, and knowledge of current freight market trends. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the US trucking industry.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily dispatch operations for trucks across the US
* Book loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
* Negotiate rates with brokers and clients
* Communicate effectively with drivers and provide route support
* Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery
* Maintain accurate records and update dispatch systems
