We are currently recruiting for Restaurant Manager:

Job Description

Responsible for day to day restaurant operations.
Responsible for maintaining high level of guest services and satisfaction.
Work with management to set targets and incentive to increase sales and profitability of restaurant.
Look after daily sales and food cost.
Look after all restaurant supplies.
Responsible for restaurant guest complaints.
Delivering good food and beverages services.
Make detail reports on monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
Look after staff training sessions (Current and new employees)
Take daily staff briefings.
Daily checked the quality of food.
Daily Checked staff hygiene and grooming / Appearance
Share daily sales report with management.
Share monthly ending reports (Sale, Demand and Food Cost) with management.
Look after restaurant cleanliness on daily basis.
Maintaining store and checked all expire items.
Responsible for daily restaurant ordering.
Make sure that to clean and arranged the guest dining area.
Maintaining monthly crockery / cutlery inventory reports.
Maintaining monthly food items inventory.
Make breakage reports of crockery.
Maintain daily restaurant checklist
Maintain monthly staff performance report.
Look after all maintenance issues.
