We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Manager with expertise in Facebook and TikTok advertising to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on both platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and lead generation. This role demands a proven ability to manage successful campaigns that deliver measurable results and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize lead generation and e-commerce ad campaigns on Facebook and TikTok to ensure high performance.
- Develop engaging and platform-specific ad copy and creative assets.
- Analyze campaign data regularly and adjust strategies to maximize performance metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to meet campaign goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and policy changes related to Facebook and TikTok advertising platforms.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure all advertisements comply with platform policies and guidelines.
- Utilize AI tools and creative software to develop innovative ad visuals and copy that effectively capture audience attention.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience managing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Proven success demonstrated through a strong portfolio of past campaigns and measurable results.
- Deep understanding of data analysis with the ability to optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Creative mindset capable of producing compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, or similar software for ad creation.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance ad development and campaign optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively while achieving targeted ROAS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current trends and updates in Facebook and TikTok advertising.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience specifically with e-commerce and lead generation ads is highly desirable.
