We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is focused on creating targeted marketing strategies tailored to the UAE market, including audience segmentation, creative development, and remarketing efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with creative and content teams to develop engaging visuals and ensure campaigns resonate with current market trends and consumer behaviors. Monitoring campaign performance through tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, managing marketing budgets, and providing detailed performance reports are essential components of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Develop and implement audience targeting strategies specifically designed for the UAE market, including remarketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling visuals that enhance campaign impact and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant reporting tools.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze consumer behavior trends to ensure marketing strategies align with UAE market insights.
- Manage monthly marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods sectors.

- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Rs150,000.
