We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Performance Marketing Associate to join our marketing and growth team. In this role, you will support the development, management, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns for our mobile games across multiple platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to help drive the success of top-performing games on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads, and IronSource. You will analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities. Collaboration with the creative team is essential to test and refine ad creatives and marketing strategies. Managing campaign budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) will be a key part of your role. You will conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and creatives to improve campaign outcomes. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Install (CPI), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV) will help evaluate campaign success. Additionally, researching market trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to discover new marketing opportunities will be expected. You will prepare regular reports and performance summaries for management and work closely with data analytics and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or digital advertising. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, along with data visualization tools, are essential. Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other ad networks is necessary. A basic understanding of mobile marketing metrics, including CPI, CPA, and ROAS, is expected. Good communication and teamwork skills are important, as is a passion for mobile games and data-driven marketing approaches.
