We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), and TikTok Ads. This role involves managing campaign budgets, performing A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and working closely with creative teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok platforms.
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and targeting to enhance campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on platform trends, new features, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure advertising strategies support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns focused on performance marketing.
- Proficiency in PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the technology sector is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
