* Must have worked in Human Resource Department (HR), in any of the orgaanization for a minimum of 1 year* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in with a major in Human Resource Management
* Must have at least mid level skills on productivity tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Should be able to listen and articulate, find solutions to hurdles and be willing to work in teams
* Fluency in English language
