We are currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This role demands a proactive and organized individual with experience in personal assistance and office management. The position involves handling a variety of administrative duties as well as outdoor tasks, including official bike riding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule with precision. Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes when required. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive. Assist with travel arrangements such as booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries. Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents in both digital and physical formats. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners or vendors to ensure smooth communication. Perform personal errands and tasks for the CEO, including reservations and event planning. Monitor deadlines and help prioritize tasks to guarantee timely completion. Provide administrative support by preparing presentations, reports, and official communications. Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively suggest solutions to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Two to three years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Calendly, Slack, and Zoom. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Flexible and proactive mindset, capable of multitasking effectively under pressure. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Willingness to work beyond regular office hours when necessary. Experience in coordination, travel planning, and multitasking across multiple teams.
