We are looking for a committed Pest Control Supervisor to manage and oversee pest control and fumigation activities across hotel and project sites. This role requires ensuring the safe and effective use of chemicals, training and supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have experience in hospitality or facility management, a strong understanding of pest control methods, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule pest control and fumigation operations at multiple locations, including hotels and project sites.
- Ensure the correct handling, usage, and storage of chemicals in full compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Train, monitor, and guide pest control staff to provide effective services while maintaining hygiene and safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of pest control activities, treatment logs, and chemical inventories to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with Engineering and Housekeeping teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance and inspection plans related to pest control.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pest control operations, preferably within the hospitality or facility management sectors.
- Strong knowledge of fumigation techniques, chemical safety procedures, and pest management standards.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to prepare reports and manage teams effectively.
- Physically fit and flexible to work across multiple sites and during varied hours as required.

- Prior experience working in a hotel environment in a similar supervisory role is highly desirable.
