PetalsTalk Autism and Speech Clinic is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Bahria Town, Lahore location.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
  • Develop personalized therapy plans based on thorough evaluations and client-specific needs.
  • Implement individualized treatment strategies addressing speech sound disorders, articulation issues, voice challenges, and oral motor skills.
  • Utilize cognitive-communication therapy techniques to support language and cognitive development.
  • Carry out swallowing therapy using established therapeutic methods to address feeding and swallowing difficulties.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary..
  • Provide therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.
  • Educate families about communication disorders and therapeutic approaches to foster supportive environments.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.
