Job Description

Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

  • Greet customers as soon as they arrive.
  • Complete procedures when customers arrive and leave.Enter customer data and send correspondence.
  • Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
  • Receive payment by cash or credit cards.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Answer questions about what the Clinic offers.
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
