Applications are invited for an ERP Developer to support development and implementation of an ERP system. This is a unique opportunity with tremendous upside potential for the right candidate. This is a high visibility position interfacing with business leadership, including the CEO. Essential Functions:
- Document current operational and financial process flows; determine business requirements and evaluate scope and feasibility
- Develop database structure, business logic and code base
- Design, develop, implement and maintain ERP solution
- Seek opportunities to implement improvements in internal processes
- Take full ownership and management of ERP development and implementation project
Experience/Skills:
- Proven experience in managing projects covering design, development and implementation of ERP Solutions or any complex software application
- Minimum five years’ experience in database driven applications & report writing
- Ability to solve complex problems quickly & envision innovative solutions; proven ability to convert business requirements into actionable development requirements
- Exposure to market leading ERP solutions especially modules relevant to Supply Chain Management (including MRP, Inventory Management, demand forecasting etc), Transportation, Distribution, Financial Management etc

We are engaged in multifaceted businesses such as cement, rice, sugar, logistics and telecommunication with offices in three countries and nine cities. Other business activities of our group include mining copper and coal in Baluchistan. We are also sole agents/ distributers of cement in Afghanistan and Central Asian States and our cement suppliers include Bestway Cement and D.G Khan Cement. We move around 4000 metric tons of cement to Afghanistan through Chaman and Torkham border everyday on our own fleet of 200 plus (22 wheelers), we also import non coking steam coal from South Africa for cement industry, power generation and steel melting furnaces/ Gasifirers as well as Afghan Coal from Afghanistan.
