- Coordinate between different departments of the organization and assist the management in business and HR oriented taks as below:
- Manage the company's receivable through engaging with customers and sales team
- Coordinate with Supply chain and Salesto ensure timely receipt and delivery of orders to all customers
- Manage HR and Admin related matters (leave requests, appointment letters, promotions, terminations, reimbursemetn of claim
- Coordinate with Accounts department to ensure timely delivery of invoices and other customer communication
- Work out Pricing and sendfquotations for all customers and prospects
- Handle petty cash
- General office Administration
- Management reports to CEO as advised
