• Working on constant lead generation perspectives, with the team lead
• Following up on leads, scheduling walk-in and counselling appointments. Working towards achieving set targets that would improve the number of walk ins to counselling to Registration per week.
• This VCT Team shall also be responsible for the live chat box at the website, to respond to queries online during office hours.
• They will also be responsible for delegating any B2B activity for Marketing or propagation purposes, with the PFL team.
• Daily reporting shall be mandatory to the team lead.
• Weekly targets would be set in prior so that they know objectivity what to work towards.
• These team members should be ready to travel to inner cities for activities that the PFL team decides to deliver for student recruitment purposes.
