Job Description:
- Daily preparation of Collection Advice and maintain record.
- Commercial Invoice Entry in Sales record sheet, due payment, pending order, Sales Reports.
- Filing of samples, Invoices, Performa Invoices and offer inquiry forms.
- Collection of delivery Note from transporter, keeping record, dispatching Performa Invoices,
- Commercial Invoices and other documents to customer and get telephonic confirmation with customer. Preparation of sample status report and order form on regular basis, payment follow up from customer. Interacting with the transporter for our material supply.
- Preparation of monthly import data report (By Air and By Sea) for all plants.
- Collecting cheque/payment from customer by hand.
- Collecting Material from Air Port / Truck and deliver to Factories of Karachi Customer.
- Handling the matter of damage cartonsNote : Technical Knowledge: Computer Diploma/Course
