- Convert Inquiries into sales
- Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universities
- Assistance with admission and visa application
- Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E-mails.

- Handle and process the cases of respective clients with extreme care
- Respond to all queries raised by client/department during the case processing and give follow-up where necessary
Job Specification
- Education (Minimum Bachelor’s Degree)
- Target Oriented, with an excellent customer service attitude
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word. Excel and Outlook
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasant and well-groomed personality
- Experience preferred in the same industry
