  • Install, configure and maintain IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and 5.5 platform
  • Performing regular upgrades and fix packs installations.
  • Performing regular health checks and taking corrective actions.
  • Providing support for the IBM FileNet development team
  • Providing support for SAP team by administering the IBM ICC connector for SAP
  • Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the implementation, operations, development and maintenance of IT systems and/or administration of software functions in multi-platform and multi-system environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with FileNet P8 setup, configuration and administration
  • Solid Experience with IBM Filenet 5.2, 5.5
  • Solid Experience with IBM ICC connector for SAP
  • Solid Experience in IBM Websphere Application Server v8 v9 administration
  • Experience in managing Load Balancing and Clustering in order to deliver High Availability. Incorporate HA for all systems and underlying components (including Websphere application Server, Database Servers, etc.)
  • Have experience with FileNet Data Cap / Kofax Capture(preferred)
  • Experience with IBM DB2. Basic SQL queries to generate data
  • Experience working on Windows/AIX environments
  • Hands-on experience in IBM Content Navigator Administration of Navigator, Configuration of Desktops, Viewer Mapping, Create Search templates, entry templates, teamspaces, etc.
  • Experience in IBM ACCE (Administrative Console for Content Platform Engine) Bulk processing scripts
  • IBM FileNet Administration Certification is Must
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • IBM FileNet Certified Professional (Content Manager, Business Process Manager)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
