What is The Role

We are seeking a Java Developer resource that is excited and enthusiastic about his work, as well as competent and professional to become a part of our development team. You will be collaborating with software development staff & Hiring managers throughout multiple project life cycles. Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, designing, developing, and managing Java-based applications and software.
Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code
Analyze user requirements, envisioning system features, and define application functionality.
Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
Ensuring designs comply with specifications
Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure.
Develop detailed design documentation to assist users.
Perform all other related duties.

Requirements:

2-3 years of proven experience in Java and J2EE.
Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analyses.
Working experience with API development (Restful and Soap-based).
Hands-on experience with Hibernate and Spring MVC.
Good knowledge of designing the application using the UI technologies like HTML, CSS, JS, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Alloy UI.
Knowledge and some prior experience in n-tier web applications, with knowledge of the different tiers, including web servers, application servers, databases, and infrastructure.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, strong work ethic, and a competitive team player
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
