What is The Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter resource that is excited and enthusiastic about his work, as well as competent and professional to become a part of our HR team. You will be collaborating with software development staff & Hiring managers throughout multiple project life cycles. Job Shift: Full Time - Hybrid Working

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares target lists with recruiters and hiring managers and develops a sourcing strategy for each requisition and pipeline project.
  • Drive full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process, and closing.
  • Create/post IT jobs to various internet sites and the internal website.
  • Recruit IT resources according to specific technical and non-technical criteria.
  • Utilize job boards and social media outlets (LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed & company internal tools) to identify IT talent and build an available candidate pool.
  • Manages applicant tracking system and maintains accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure candidates pass through our hiring process well and have a positive experience regardless of the outcome.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to technical recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for technical recruiting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter and a good hands-on working experience in North American countries.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and develop systems and procedures in the recruitment process.
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured)
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search etc.)
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Experience in working independently to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
  • Must have great communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, strong work ethic, and be a competitive team player
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
