The Human Resource Officer would be responsible to provide support in the administrative & management of an effective and efficient Human Resources services to the HR department & Organization. The main functions of the post are: Recruitment and Selection, Contract Management, Performance Management, Leave Management, Professional Staff Development through conducting trainings, Record Keeping, Reward/Recognition and Retention & Succession planning. Ideal candidate must have Master degree in HR along with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in either public or private sector.The salary is inclusive of all taxes, medical, insurances, hazard incentive, hardship allowance, social security and bonuses etc. One extra salary will be given upon accomplishments of assigned tasks and maintaining highest standards in a given time frame.
