We are willing to hire excellent and high intellect "Sales and Marketing" professional to grow our technical sector covering personal protective equipment and occupational health and safety courses.
A perfect candidate must have the following attributes which are not limited to;
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Must be able to generate B2B and B2C leads.
- Must be able to manage suppliers and vendors.
- Must be able to grow the organization’s business with effective and recurring sales in personal protective equipment and occupational safety health and environment courses.
- Should be flexible to meet organizations' representatives and generate business opportunities.
Technical:
- The candidate should understand personal protective equipment and occupational safety health and environment.
- This technical background will help him to define the totality of the customer's needs, both explicit and implicit.
