We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Production & Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our production operations in Pakistan. This role serves as the critical link between our U.S. headquarters and overseas manufacturing facilities, ensuring that production priorities are executed efficiently, timelines are met, and customer quality demands are consistently fulfilled.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, supply chain and quality assurance expertise and the ability to proactively manage production schedules, supplier performance, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Monthly Base Salary 700,000-1,400,000 PKR.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across multiple manufacturing facilities in Pakistan
- Act as the primary liaison between U.S. headquarters and overseas production teams
- Execute priority reports provided by the U.S. office, ensuring alignment with customer demand and business objectives
- Monitor production schedules and proactively adjust priorities to meet changing demands
- Ensure all Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) are accurate, communicated, and consistently met
- Identify and escalate risks to production timelines, providing timely updates and recovery plans
- Investigate and resolve past-due orders, ensuring updated and valid revised ETAs are communicated promptly
- Drive accountability within production teams to meet delivery, quality, and performance expectations
- Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards
- Track and report key performance metrics (on-time delivery, lead times, backlog, production output)
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce delays, and improve visibility
- Build strong relationships with factory leadership, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, production management, or manufacturing operations
- Proven experience managing international or overseas manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management, and order prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, high-demand customer environments
- Experience coordinating across global teams and time zones
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to leadership
- Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining strong working relationships
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (familiarity with pivot tables and essential formulas such VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI platforms preferred
