Job Description

  • UK based clients management company requires young, energetic & experienced candidates for night shifts, Job Timings 09 Hours Shift 5 days in a week (08:00PM to 05:00AM) 09 Hours
  • Preferably (UK, USA, UAE) returns.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Job Timings – 09 Hours Shift 5 days in a week
  • Good Listener
  • People who have previously lived in the UK, US will be preferred.
  • People with previous experience will be preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills preferably with foreign accent (US,UK)
  • Experience in Call Centre Industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent skills in Customer Management.
  • Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good team player
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
  • Goal-oriented, determined and high-achiever.
  • Age Limit : 23-40 Years
