We are looking for a highly energetic Team Lead to take charge of our call center agents and ensure that they are meeting their targets on a daily basis. You will be responsible for monitoring the team's performance and providing feedback to individual members. In addition, you will also be required to resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the shift.

  • You must have experience as a team lead in a call center.
  • Must have pleasant communication skills.
  • Be highly motivated.
  • Have the ability to push team members to achieve their daily targets.
